Our work
How we approach a build, in detail
Three worked examples covering the full arc — discovery, architecture, design, delivery and what went wrong along the way.
Case studies

These are sample case studies
Xalicon is newly launched, so these are illustrative engagements written to demonstrate our method and the case-study format. Client names are invented and results are stated as design targets rather than measured outcomes — several entries are explicit placeholders awaiting real content. They will be replaced with client-approved work as engagements complete, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pass fiction off as proof.
