How we run web & mobile work
Interface quality is measurable. We hold work to real performance budgets, test with a keyboard and a screen reader as part of normal development, and treat layout stability and input latency as defects rather than polish.
Design and engineering run together rather than in sequence. Components are designed and built once, documented, and reused — so the tenth screen costs less than the first instead of more.
We choose the platform strategy honestly. Cross-platform is right for most products; some genuinely need native, and we will say so rather than defaulting to whatever we prefer to write.
