An engineer reads it and replies within one business day. If it is a fit, we propose a discovery conversation with a short agenda based on what you have told us. If it is not, we say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more suitable.

Yes. The first conversation is thirty to sixty minutes with an engineer, at no cost and with no obligation. Paid discovery is a separate, scoped engagement we would propose only if the problem genuinely needs it.
